Wagga Squash Centre Business is for Sale - Fancy a lifestyle change?? |
Wagga Squash & Fitness has been established for just over 4 years. Prior to this, it was operating under Tolland Squash. The centre has been in Wagga Wagga for over 35 years, and is now the only squash centre in Wagga Wagga.
It consists of 4 squash courts, 1 of which is a glass back. There are currently 4 nights of competition squash, comprising of approx. 120 competition players across the 4 nights. There is a fully equipedt gym with a variety of equipment. The business has 2 years left on the exhisting lease, which has the provision of an additional 5 years lease available at the end of the current lease period.
